increasement of security threat to women & children, a bunches of rational minded well educated, socially established citizens came together & formed “Bangla Ekta Mancha” with a vision of making our society a progressive one in terms of equality, education, culture & thoughts.
While we will try to engage in various community service, we will also raise our voice to protect the basic human rights of our society & to work tirelessly to save our culture & heritage. We do believe in “Ekata” (unity) not division. In the soil of Bengal which is known for its’ progressiveness, rich culture &
education, we will work to enrich these aspects irrespective of cast, creed or religion.
The National Health Policy sets a target of 2.5% of GDP for healthcare spending. The 2024-25 budget allocation for health is 1.88% of the budget, which is 0.27%
of GDP. India's public health spending for 2024 is below the global average. For example, the United
States allocated 17.9% of GDP to public health in 2022.
India's education budget for 2024-25 is estimated to be 0.38% of the country's GDP, which is considered low compared to other countries.
The National Education Policy (2020) recommends that the government spend at least 6% of GDP on education. Experts say that allocating 6% of GDP to education could significantly boost India's socio-economic development.

NCRB reveals that the rate of crimes against women in India (calculated as crimes per 100,000 of the women population) increased by 12.9% between 2018 and 2022. In India, the reported crimes against women per 100,000 women population is 66.4 in 2022, in comparison with 58.8 in 2018.
Though the crime rate in India has shown a slight overall decline of 0.56% (2024) compared to 2023, standing at 445.9 incidents per 100,000 people. We will be fighting together against crime for a
better society.

court within maximum 30 days of time.
